    Question USB Charging cable whilst off?

    I'm thinking of buying this mouse:

    It has a USB charging cable which I like because you can charge the mouse whilst using it. But what I REALLY want to know is can you charge the mouse whilst the computer is off? I think I've seen somewhere that you can, but I'm not sure.

    If you have a USB charging cable with your wireless mouse, then you should know !

    Also, I need a review or similar of the mouse mentioned above - thanks .

    Depends if the motherboard supports standby power to the USB ports.

    Might it say on other sites where you can buy the board? - if so 'll look there.

    Also - any possible reviews/comments about the mouse/keyboard set?

    I just guessing, but if a powered hub is a usb plug with a normal 3 pronged wall plug at the end, then that won't do. I don't like the idea of using loads of plugs in the wall if I can help it - that's why I like the idea of the usb charger.

    All NF2 boards will have the standby voltage on by default, so unless MSI has changed this, it will charge when off.

    Yes, usb does power devises whilst off - my phone is charged off my usb port.
    I dont like sig pics so i turn off sigs Which doesnt help when i dont know what ive written here! DOH!
