    SATA Free Space Errors? (Urgent Help)

    Hi guys I have just put together my new machine with a WD 250GB SATA HD. The problem is that My Computer only shows it as 127GB.

    I have installed SP1 and all the updates.

    How can I fix this????

    I have got a western Digital HD but tried that with no luck. I have used the software on the WD site and it still does not work. In my BIOS it reads the drive as 250GB.

    Bloody Windows.

    Go to your control panel -> Admin Tools -> Computer management.

    Click on Storage -> Disk Management

    I highly suspect that you'll find a huge partition that has not been formated. Do that are you are set.

    Ah fantastic, there it is a nice 100GB partition.

    Thanks for your help.

    Until you install SP1 and the updates windows can't see it all - so you may have partitioned it before it could see it all, hence the space deficit.
    PHP Code:
    $s = new signature();
    $s->sarcasm()->intellect()->font('Courier New')->display();
