    7dayshop.com have some pretty nice Fujis at reasonable prices; the A340 (4MP, 3x opt. zoom) for £129, and the S3000 for £139 (me, I'd go for the S3000; it's basically the successor to the 2800Z, which I have and absolutely love). http://www.7dayshop.com/catalog/prod...ducts_id=91358 .

    As much as I admire the quality of the Canon AX0 series, the fact that it doesnt take rechargeables always bothered me.

    ? confused - they take AA batteries - you just need to buy Rechargable NiMH AA batteries ?

    Sorry, meant the proprietary rechargeables, rather than AA's or rechargeable AA's. Not really a fan of either format.
