Need help with pc

Friend of mine asked me to check out their PC, they said it was working then just died.

Spec
Advent PC with
Cpu - Intel E4700
Mobo - unsure but looks like an Advent MSI board
Gpu - 9300gt
Ram - 2x1gigs pc5300
Hdd - 250g sata
plus dvdrw.

What I have done so far.
1. Try booting, fan spins but no display.
2. Disconnected hd, dvdrw and try booting with only 1 stick of ram then change ram and tried both slots with 1 stick, still nothing.
3. Took GPU out and try again as above, nothing on display.
4. Tested the following in my system, cpu, ram, gpu, hd all works fine. Even tested the power supply.

Which left me with just the motherboard.
Could it be dead?

What do you guys think. Have I missed something?

Looks like you covered all the bases. New mobo time methinks; unlikely to be a shorting problem if it only just happened after being OK for ages.
