hibernate usualy does, STR doesnt.

Ok, but current solid state tech, even though its fast, cant be used as a harddisk cause the excessive data changing will knacker the "memory" of it - like a battery.

edit: in 2 years they havent changed their product! Or price!! Even though DDR is now cheaper than SDR and more than twice as fast, and its based all ont he same technology. Youd have thought they would bring out a 64bit version too and one with more slots perhaps? And a bios so u can boot off it???

hmm when pci-x arrives they could bring out another using ddr500 ram

suspend to ram sounds interesteing, how do i enable and use it? nf7-s mobo and win2k, if that helps

Although i think it needs to be enabled when you install windows - i will have to check on that though.

Does it turn the CPU/GFX/Harddisks off as well? so u can turn off the heatsink fan and case fans?
