Just one small mistake m8... you need to flood your motherboard in an insulating oil such as fluorinert. Technically it's liquid cooled rather than water cooled. Also it's much easier to use a fish tank and lower the PC into the tank. You will need some external USB/Firewire drives cos these wont work submerged. Don't put fish in the tank they will die.
