I wanna shuttle but i'm skint!

i built my misses a nice little shuttle, and now i really want one!!

i have all the bits as long as the shuttle will run my 1800xp and a 512 stick of 2700 ram... so which is my cheapo option in the shuttle front? also are there room for two hard drives if i don't stick a floppy in?

SK41's are the cheapest iirc, there's room for 2 hdd's in there but they will run a bit hot so make sure they ain't deathstars and you should be fine.

i'd go for an SN41G2.... sold little machine and they can be icked up very cheaply these days..... although the SK41G is amazingly cheap.... but the SN41G2 would be my choice.

    Well Bobby you're looking at £161.87 (SN41G2 V2) and £116.33 (SK41G) - Prices taken from Overclock.co.uk.

Both ahve integrated graphics so basically you would be ok to put the components straight in and have a running system Maybe think about upgrading graphics at a later date

the SN41G2 uses the nforce2 chipset so is better there, it also has a nice alu front which looks nicer than the plastic one.

SK43 is a budget Shuttle but has 400MHz FSB support, good for future upgrades, SN45G is the dogs though if your willing to shell out a little more, ive got a 2500+M in mine crusing along @ 2.5GHz

The cheapest thing I've see that would take your kit is the Biostar IDEQ 200V.

Its not a Shuttle but it should do the job.

At Aria its £85 + vat and carriage.

There is also the nicer Nforce 2 based 200N but its £40 more and you specified the cheapest.
