    Questions abou the Zen

    Hi
Looking at getting a Shuttle Zen XPC for a PVR system I want to build. Could anyone answer the following?
    1) Will it accept a HyperThreading P4 processor or just an ordinary Celeron type one?
    2) My current video card is a Nvidia GeForce2 era one. Is the on-board graphics in the Zen of a higher spec?
    3) It has only got one fan in it so it must be fairly quiet, right?
    Cheers.
    Shaun

    Hi spryszlak

    1. The Zen is built around a Socket 478 motherboard which supports Pentium 4 & Celeron processors with 400/533/800MHz FSB
    2. The Radeon 9100 integrated video would, I suppose, offer around the same performance as a GF2 card, but try searching for some reviews of either the Zen system or of integrated graphics (SFFTech.com and Hexus review Shuttles, and XBit Labs recently compared integrated graphics).
    3. The Zen is designed to be quieter than most other Shuttle systems

    Kind Regards

    Jonty

P.S. The full specs of the system are available on Shuttle's website
