Got the card from overclock.co.uk about a year ago. I think its a bit late for an RMA. Ive suspected it may be that my mobo is very picky about voltages and it doesnt like fluctuations too much.

Reinstall Ati drivers or try latest omega drivers
    http://www.omegadrivers.net/
    Ensure fast writes is off.
    Ensure VPU recover is off.

Ensure old Nvidia drivers are uninstalled.
Use regcleaner to remove them from registry.

Hope that works - good luck.

I managed to download a copy of XP64bit & installed it last night. Got the latest ATI VGA, Nvidia chipset & SBlive drivers. Loaded up BF1942 & Vietnam and both play fine. The only problem I have is that XP64bit doesnt like my printer or joystick. I suspect some sort of driver issue with Windows 2000.
Anyway thanks for all your help folks.
