    Except that is £370.

If you can really get all that for £285 then I think I might buy one myself!
Dammit, I can't find it myself now, I'm sure I didn't dream it.
    It wasn't the bundle @ £370.
The best I can find now at Amazon is:-
    AMD Bulldozer FX-8150 8 Core 3.60GHz - Asus M5A78L-M USB3 HDMI Motherboard - 8gb DDR3 RAM Bundle @ £254.95
but I guess it's not as good a bundle as the one that now eludes me.
Sorry for sending you on a wild goose chase

Well you can get the same stuff on Scan for about £315, it's a decent price, just not the total bargain that it would be at £285.

In my previous shop-bought PCs, I have always had an Intel CPU, but I am wondering if I should consider AMD or any others.
I am sure there will be many opinions about which is best, but for my needs (gaming & video-editing, I would be grateful for comments.

Intel still at the forefront of performance computing.
For gaming you'd be looking at an i5 3570k or 2500k with at least 8gb RAM. These k chips also overclock for a free performance boost.
    Society's to blame,
    Or possibly Atari.

Thanks, Phage, that's what I thought, but nice to get an experts opinion. Thanks too for the I5 tip.
