    Make sure you do the advance RMA, you will need a credit card, they send out the replacement drive first then you return your borked one, handy as it means you have the official hard drive packaging.

    I back everything up over the network and onto DVD.

    I have the original packaging for this. Plastic carton that holds the drive, and the original cardboard box/foam packaging that came with it.
