I'm after a coloured laser printer for under £300 that the toners don't require me to sell a kidney to buy or has compatibles available. Any suggestions please.

|Have a look at the range from www.printerbase.co.uk It is a company I have used myself.
You will find that the cheaper a printer is to buy, the more expensive are the consumables.

I did one of the Dell deals through IJT Direct, my one was 3 sets of toner plus the Dell colour laser for £135. Couldnt be happier with the printer, bit bigger than I expected but its been faultless for a couple of years. IJT phone me once in a while and offer replacement toner cheaply.

+1 for IJT, I buy all my toners from them
Personally I have a Dell 1250c USB colour laser for the "occasional" colour printing. It is very compact and uses generic/refurbished consumables. The only downside is it's built quality, it doesn't compare to my primary b&w printers (HP Laserjet 4050N/2200DN).

Thanks for the replies. Much appreciated. I'm going to look into IJT as it seems they have some really good deals.
