    Shuttle - useless!

    Few months ago (well... January, February) My 220w PSU was only supplying 9v on the 12v rails... So I contacted Shuttle for a replacement..

    I'm still waiting...

    So a few weeks ago i noticed my 16x shuttle DVD drive isnt working... so i've contacted them... heard nothing as yet... but every day ill receive poxy spammy press release emails from them!

    Anyone want to take bets on how long it takes them to replace the DVD drive & PSU? (if they ever contact me back?)

    They are useless!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm seriously fed up with them! and i'm thinking of taking it further!

    Unfortunately shuttle are known for their poor customer services,especially for us poor people in the UK.
