    Best Timings

Ok, what are the best timings for Crucial 256mb DDR2700 in a MSI KT3 Ultra2 Mobo?

    I currently have

    2.5, 3, 6, 3

...i cant remember the names of each..but i think one is "disabled"

IF its runnign nat stock speeds it can handle cas2 i think. I have mine running at 2.5-2-2-5 quite happily and thats with stock voltage and runnign at more than stock speeds.

    my 2x samsung 256mb pc2700 run at ddr200 7/3/3/2.5 w. 2.67v
they do go higher but im limited by the crap cooling on my nf7-s atm

try worse timings and higher fsb as itll probably perform better like that

Certainly is, if you are runnign at stock speeds you could handle CAS2 with default voltage, give it a try and see if it works im pretty sure it will, you may need to loosen the other timings but maybe not
