Need a new motherboard, advice please

Im looking for a new motherboard for my PC, it needs it to support:
- Socket 478
- DDR3200 (4 slots)
- SATA
- 8xAGP
- 4+ PCI slots
- overclocking
- have enought space for a 9800xt with cooler (without covering 1 of the PCI slots)

A PCI-X slot would be useful but I dont think there are any good boards within my budget.

Thinking about an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe or an Asus P4R800V Deluxe at the moment. I have a budget of about £80-100 max. If you have a suggestion/opinion Id like to hear it, thanks.
