    Question Recommend a Card reader

Can anyone recommend a physically large memory card reader with a USB2.0 or USB3.0 connection? The bigger the better really, over 9cm and preferably >10cm long by >5cm.

The majority of the card readers are tiny things often smaller than the 2D dimensions of a credit card. They must me designed for/by children they are so damn small! I want something built for a man rather than something that gets dragged off the desk by the cable and is fiddly to handle and insert cards.

I want to use it with my media player so it will sit on top. SD, CF are essential and any of the lesser cards would be nice.

    Re: Recommend a Card reader

Hi, Here's a selection from Scan that should fit your needs. http://www.scan.co.uk/shop/computer-...iters-adaptors

I have (and like the Scan Vantager HR-221 All in 1 Flash Card Reader External USB 2.0 inc Adapterless for Flash PC/MAC and at £4.18 it won't break the bank (the dimensions are 73*59*17 mm (L*D*H)). I hope you can find something to your liking in the list.

    regards vinnyt
