    New PC Build

    Hi All.

I am new to the forums. I am in the process of creating a shopping list to build a new rig.

On the component level I am fine however the only issue that I am currently having is deciding on an asthetically pleasing full tower case.

    Do you have any recomendations?

    - The case must look good.
    - Must have good air flow.
    - Must have room for a top mounted double water cooler and fans (Not using both PUSH/PULL)
    - Atleast 3x 5.25 bays

Currently I have been looking at the

    1. NZXT 820 Phantom
    2. Corsair 780T (Lacks 3x 5.25)
    3. Coolermaster HAF X V2

How often do case manufacturers release new cases?

Are there any websites for up and coming new pc cases?

    Thanks in advance

I'd totally recommend NZXT cases. Excellent build quality and airflow options. Been using them for PC builds for friends

    Re: New PC Build

Thanks for the replies. I also like the NZXT cases but heard the Gun Metal and White Cases scratch easily. The Fractal R5 is also a nice case but lacks sex appeal. I'm holding out till the end of March until I build my rig so I am hoping there will be some new comers to market. I want this case to last me atleast 5+ years.

    Re: New PC Build

    Lian-Li all the way!

I always wanted a Lian-Li case but the cost always kept me away.

There are quite a few available under £100 now and I have to say they really are worth it.

100% brushed Aluminium and hand finished make it so easy to work with and when you have to use any other case you can really feel the difference.

I talked my friend into buying one and he thinks the same, used to have a coolermaster plastic thing with the mesh front and steel chassis. Aluminium is so much nicer!
