    Athlon 64 3500+ but where?

    Hi,

Does anyone know where I can purchase one of these with a Winchester core?

    Thanks in advance.

EBuyer have stock overdue, so I think they are expecting stuff in. Apart from that, everywhere else seems to be OOS.

No worries. It seems no where here or across the pond have stocks of the Winchester 3500+ chips.

    Completely different platform.

The 3200 Winchester overclocks like mad. Get some good RAM with the money you save and run your DDR@580 MHz.

The A64 3500+ Winchester seems to have disappeared off the ebuyer site - probably not a good sign!

    OcUK are out too.

I'd go with a 3200 and clock the knackers off it

  3. What RAM is better? 3200 or 3500 (may seem obvious)
