How far can ram be pushed?

Ok, My 3500 is at 3800 speeds with a 1:1 ratio. My ram is this XMS 3200 The timings on my ram is 2.5-3-3-8, but its suposed to be 2.5-3-3-6.... Now its running at 220 or should I say 440MHz... Any way, I was just wondering how far I should continue to push it? Is there a danger to go any further? It is being pushed prety far allready.... Or should I buy some DDR 4000 or what?

Shouldn't be any need to push it.
Your cpu won't be short of memory bandwidth so feel free to ramp up the HTT but run the memory on a ratio to keep it at tight timings.

To be honest I cant seem to find the cpu to mem divider.... I know it has to be there...
