    new rig

    should my hdd be a master for a cd rom drive and my dvd drive by it self or should a cd drive be a master for dvd drive and the hdd by itself?

    also im buying a new case

    2nd from bottom, i know it doesnt look tht gd but it has good ventalation and iuses 2 x 80mm fans at the back and 1 front + 1 on the side pannel and i was wondering weither the new SLI mobos will fit in a atx case? couldnt find if it said so anywhere

    also how can i find out how big the fans in my case should be cause i didnt get a book with my old case?

    Firstly you should put your HDD on it's own (set to master) the the two optical drives as master/slave on the same cable.

    Secondly the new SLI mobos will fit into an ATX case.

    I don't really understand the last question, are you asking how big your current fans are? Or how big the fans you will need for the new case are? To find out how big your current fans are get out the tape measure , and all the fan spaces in the case you linked are 80mm.

    yeah i meant i have a case but i dont know wht size the fans spaces r and i dont have a book for it

    atm my hd is master ffor my cd-rom/cd-wr and my dvd is by itself but the audio cable is running from my cd drive changing it to hdd by itself and cd-rom/dved drive together would i need to swap the audio cable round ?

    I didn't understand the question there... The audio cable should go from the CD/DVD drive to the motherboard/soundcard, it's nothing to do with the HDD.
