You're talking about "Discrete cards with less power connectors"?

It's an abbreviated sentence in a bullet point list. Unless you know what point was being made you can't say whether less or fewer would be the more common usage for the full point being made.

In that case you can - there's no situation where 'less' in combination with 'connectors' is correct. They are either lower/lessor power connectors, or there are fewer of them.
