    Which Hard Drives for this...

Which manufacturers and types of IDE hard drives would be suitable for the following situation:

    1) reliability and quietness important
    2) performance is less important for my application.
    3) the hard drive would be left switched on 24 hours 7 days
    4) hard drive would be in a reasonably well ventilated environment.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks

Id probably go for Seagate or Maxtor.
If reliability is your main concern, look at the Maxline 3's.
