    high powered Mini-itx

    I'm considering doing a "gordy",and was wondering what the most powerfull mini-mobo is? i wud prefer 1ghz if possible, and support 184 pin mem (as i have a stick free) and onboard gfx is fine as im not 2 for pci cards. soon as ive got that, just gotta work out what to put it in :E

    the Epia M10000 is 1ghz, and supports DDR ram upto 1GB.

    yes it comes with a 1ghz "Nehemiah" Via C3 processor which means it's pretty slow, I'd say it performs around the speed of a P3-600 for some/most things.

    If you do SETI / UD then it is very slow.

    If you really do want a high powered system, you can get P4 mini-itx motherboards for about £150, but then you have to add the processor.
