i can get it to 190 fsb and 145 dram frequency and seams ok but wht programs can i use to check tht its stable and wont blow my mobo up =p

Prime95 - run the torture test for a few hours.
There are several memory test programmes available - e.g. memtest86

Merlin4458 there are numerous hardware monitoring proggies if that's what you want - MBM5, Speedfan etc.

might be a silly question but can any1 tell me how2 make the image file on metest86 so tht i can copy it ointo a disk cause the readme sucks
