    The only way to really tell is to try and change the multiplier on your motherboard, easiest and quickest way! But I think its prob not

    That code you got there is a AXP 2000+ not a 2200+

    It is locked (It's a Palomino), but you can unlock it by joining all the L1 bridges. You probably won't be able to overclock it all that far though, you'll be lucky to get to 2GHz on air cooling.
