SB51G and CPU Coolers

Could someone suggest alternate CPU coolers which are essentially quiet and will cool the CPU effectively? I've been told that the stock ICE-cooler system is average and quite noisy. I will be using a Celeron 2.0Ghz processor but might be using a P4 2.8Ghz, and the computer will be left on 24/7.

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can replace the fan in the Shuttle system with any you choose that is 80mm x 25mm. I am currently using the stock fan 24/7 and it does't seem to loud to me an it is only 2 feet away from my bed.
