Asus BIOS Overlock Profiles

Is there a better explanation anywhere for the various Asus BIOS o/c options? I've got the following:

- Manual
- Auto
- Standard
- Overclock Profile
- AI N.O.S.

It's currently set to Auto. Apart from the Manual option, what do the others do? What's the best option for mild and gentle overclocking? It's an Asus A8V-E motherboard but I guess these options are common across most Asus motherboards.

Manual allows you to increase the clock rate if your FSB manually in 1Mhz incraments, Standard leaves it at the standard clockrate for your CPU, profile is a profile, and AI N.O.S. auto adjusts the FSB while the system is running, so if you have your CPU 100% utilised it will knock up the FSB until the CPU is too hot to handle anymore (I think you can define a temp threshold level)
