Anyone know where I can get a 20m RJ11 to RJ11 M/M modem cable available for online purchase?

i would run a normal telephone extention then the microfilter on the end? why then need for a the long adsl cable?
3m is as long as ive seen. ive got a longer one at work but i got the network guys to make one up of me.
i needed a longer one as router is hidden in a bookshelf about 5m from the telephone socket.
