    If you set the external clock to 233Mhz that is a 563Mhz overclock on the CPU, unless you used a lower multiplier and a 33Mhz OC on the memory, unless you used a ratio besides ddr400.

    Give the CPU and memory more voltage or back off on the OC.

    You should also lower HTT/LDT multiplier/ratio if you are overclocking. Stock is 1000MHz, or 5x, drop it to the 3x, or 4x multiplier (sometimes listed as 600 or 800Mhz).

    All drivers are the latest 64 bit, and its not my OC... I'm at stock and its still doing it

    I cant click that event log in the popup, it just disapearses

    Reformat and try again.

    Oh yeah if APCI, ACPI, whatever, both of those things..If they ae disabled 64-bit windows XP useually won't work correctly. So, if you turned em off, turn em back on, before you reload windows.

    I'll just wait 2 weeks when the official windows 64 bit is released to the public
