Question anyone sent an item back to Creative for repair?

anyone ever sent an item back to Creative for repair under the 12month warranty. The reason is they state you must have a valid receipt. I dont have a receipt but I have a order information and posted confirmation emails.

is this enough? what information do they need?

    thanks

I also just got sent a set of speaker stand screws free of charge, I just called them up on their EU helpline in Ireland and spoke to them directly. It was actually quite a pleasure dealing with them. Give them a call.

Exactly the same for me. When I told them mine was faulty hey just sent an email asking for my address and they sent a new subwoofer no questions asked.

When I had to send my muvo nx back for replacement, I used a screenshot of my online bank statement and one of the ebuyer order history they accepted that. All of the communication was done by email.
