For my brother, U think he really needs two cards? He would use it mostly for film editing (Adobe Premier) and avi to DVD conversion.

What he means is; If you got a 6600GT instead of the x800, you could add another later to make it better at gaming, you never know if you may want to. The 6600GT is also cheaper at £115 and it is still a good card.

Not such a good GPU but sounds like you dont need it, but it has goot a much better CPU which for what you do on it is what you want. You could always upgrade to a 6600GT if u configure it.
