Yea, emailed OCUK but i'm not expecting a quick responce. They certainly should give a refund but i can't make them.
If they don't give a refund then i'll just not use them again.
The guy said he wasnt doing the it on friday but i suspect he was and just couldnt be bothered to come to my house because its out of the way or something. Well he better come on tuesday
Well, got an unexpected e-mail reply this morning. Wasn't expecting it because its bank holiday and the content was slightly different to what i was expecting as o haven't heard much in the way of good comments about OCUK's CS

Thank you for your web note, i appologise for the problems you have had with Amtrak regarding your delivery, unfortuantly as it is a bank holiday weekend i am unable to check the status of your delivery, however the amtrak web site does have your order set for delivery on tuesday, we have refunded the shipping for you
