As a builder I really like the Lian-Li and Antec cases (most anyway). They are easy to work with and have some very nice features.
Just about everything else looks good except for the DFI. If you are primarily into extreme overclocking then the DFI is very good. If not, I think the MSI Neo4 Platinum is a much better board. Also, I find the X800XL to be much better than the 6800GT in most cases, especially where stability is concerned.
A 3200 Venice may overclock better than a 3500+ Winchester but that is highly unlikely. The Winny would probably beat it unless you got an exceptionally bad one.
On the Corsair? I'd stay away from that C2PT stuff. The XL is infinitely better.
