The AMD X2 dualcore CPUs work great on the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum but you need to use a beta BIOS. The first production BIOS that will work properly is the 1.5. This is for the MS-7125, not the SLI or Diamond.
MSI asked me not to post a link, but if you have this board and want to test the X2's in it PM me and I'll email it to you.
Slightly disappointed at the 1.4 and the beta BIOS. Tried them out on my system and found them unstable. Switched back to 1.3.
I initially thought it was because the new BIOS made the RAM timings tighter (kept getting BSODs after 12+ hrs of F@H), but timings were the same as 1.3.

I did exactly the same and I told MSI about it but they practically ignored me completely. I'm testing a couple other NF4 motherboards now. MSI sucks and will no longer be recommended by Storm PCs.
