Changing ratio on p4c800e-d

Using p4c800e-d + p4 3.2

The ratio in cpu-z is 3:2 = 230:153

I am using 2 x 256 HyperX 3500.

Was wondering if there is anyway to unlock the multiplier from 16??? never worked with a p4 system before so im not very familier with how im going to get this ratio down to 1:1 any advice?

Only the new p4 extreme's have the multi unlocked iirc

So to run at 1:1 id have to up the dram to 333? it wont boot at that with 230fsb and 2-5-5-5 timings, volt mod might do ti though.

and ES chips are unlocked, but 99.9% of chips on the market are not.

ES are still property of intel though, you cant buy them.

The EE chips are probably to be unlocked cause they are for the highest end of power users and as AMD have their FX51s unlocked for this reason also.

i had a celereon of david that would work at 4:3 for some reason :/

i got a 2ghz to a 2.99 in a shuttle ss51g

Prolly only limited you in the ss51 because the onboard sound couldn't go past 154fsb iirc
