    Good, but 2 points:

I wouldnt pay for McAfee when there are better alternatives that cost nothing.

Change the mobo to the DFI NF4.

Which alternative to Mcafee? And which DFi board are you talking about?

The DFI LP UT NF4 Ultra-D.

Well, for starters, try Sygate firewall and AVG Free edition anti-virus.

Yea I agree on the DFI and the antivirus thing suggested.

Very nice system, I myself would save up £100 more and get a 7800 GTX myself... thats just me

You can find 7800GTXs for £370 if you look around.

Not sure what the Hiper PSU is like, I've always preferred Tagans as they always have solid rails and are decently priced.

    Other than that looks good

The K8N Neo4 Platinum is garbage because the BIOS is bad. Some day when they get around to fixing it it'll probably be good. I have had a bad experience with two out of two. The Asus A8N-E is much better. If you must go MSI the SLI Platinum is pretty good. Actually has a decent BIOS.

Have you had experience with the K8N Neo4 Platinum? What's so bad about the BIOS?

Only go for the DFI if you're OCing.

I would swap the PSU for a tagan - i've heard of a few hipers exploding, and 580w is a bit excessive.

Id def go along with swapping that psu for a tagan.

id also consider swapping the hard drive, they have updated them spinpoints to p120s now and personally i couldnt live with 160gb (but i know 160gb is fine for most people). You can get a 200gb p120 for about £62, though that will be ATA-133, if you really want sata youd be looking at a bit more.

I'd say only go for the DFI if you really love DFI and all you do is overclock. The A8N-E overclocks very well, has all the bells and whistles and everything works flawlessly. One of the few S939 motherboards with absolutely NO QWIRKS!
