What RAM?

I'm looking at getting 1GiB of pc3200 RAM, probably in 2x sticks of 512, but i'm not sure which sticks to get.
I've been looking at the:

Which on would you go for? I don't really want to spend more than 130....or would you go for something different...thanks for your helo

Cosair seems a little bit better. Not much difference between them both though.
