When I last checked that was my DVD Writer of choice, seemed to offer everything you need. Diffs are tiny between + and - so I'd go with whatever's cheapest but do check the media is compatible as DVD writing is still in its infancy and hence many incompatabilities. NEC 1300 are very popular and there are plenty of updates (and info) for and about them.

If you go to www.svp.co.uk all the media they sell there has what writers it is or is not suitable for. You don't have to get it there, but it's a good guide to what's good for what burner.
