PC Restarting: Reason Unknown

Using the machine in the left part of my sig. After playing anygame for a while, maybe an hour, i'll exit the game and my whole pc restarts. By restarts I dont mean it says windows is shutting down, I mean I hit exit game and it goes straight to the motherboard picture. This has only been happening recently, last month or so, I'm not overclocking anything as its too hot inside, everythings at stock. My card temps are alright, so are the cpu temps, any ideas?

I'd had a similar issue where whenever I exit a game, the same thing happens. Has only happened a couple of times, I think it's to do with the latest nVidia drivers, not sure though.

if its windows XP,2k,or any NT varient, check the event log.

the event log often gets useful information in these circumstances posted to it.

go start -> run -> eventvwr.msc
