Finally, on my 3rd try, I got the confirmation e-mail with the password. That's it. Survey Completed!!!
One problem though: In the Survey I typed one email address and for the confirmation I typed another one, and then it worked and I got the confirmation, is it OK like that???
Hopefully it's OK. Now, I'm holding my fingers crossed!!!
Ah right, guess I missed that or you changed it after I took the surveyQ21 does have an option for none.

I've updated the survey, using my elite skills, to highlight entry errors in the questionnaire.
Any input errors will show in red now - much easier to spot
