I would just like to know if its common that the MSI K8N SLi Platinum mobo only got 1 lan port (and not 2 as the manual suggest, and other sources)?
I have been a bit worried that I might have received a different motherboard from the one that the company (Scan) advertised about.
I have contacted Scan regarding this, but I thought I would ask in here to hear what other people's MSI boards look like.

Yeah, just been checking out some review for the board, its supposed to have two LAN ports mate... I think your missing one!
You could always check the motherboard code on the board it usually says what model it is... mine says A8N-SLI Deluxe...

Yeah i ordered the MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum off Scan and it came with 1 lan port, no pci4x slot and only 4 sata ports instead of 8 but after checkin the code on the mobo i realised they sent me a K8N Neo4-H ... yes H : / wot the hell is that all about
I sent it back and got my dosh back
I am now on the hunt for the proper board, not easy now that most of them are neo4-F or platinum version 3 which lacks a bunch of features. wtf life
