PSU Ratings

Would these ratings seem ok for a PSU that supposidly has 550W constant power.

12V : 30A
5V : 35A
3.3V : 28A
5Vsb : 2.5A

I'm just intregued as i bought this PSU for £27 and i thought it would be a load of junk. What do you guys think. I havent got any idea how to stress it and so i don't know wether it'll do the ratings or not. If anyone has any ideas then i'll be grateful, as i don't want a PSU like the Qtec firework that was in the Hexus PSU roundup.

Those rattings would be ok, but there is no way of knowing if the PSU is actually capable of them without testing it.

You can get a hint (and just a hint) by looking at the general build and component quality of the PSUs internals.

Does it feel nice and heavy? Solid like. Are there any signs of original manufacturer on the side?

Also - what is it powering? If it doesn't need to do loads of work then it won't reach peak power.
