Need help on GFX and MB

I have an AMD Athlon 64 3.2+, and an ATI Radeon 9600 (AGP)

I want to upgrade to PCI-Express, therefore all I need is a new MB and GFX card.

I have £700 to spend and I was thinking I could get a 7800 GT (Or should I get GTX?) and the fatal1ty MB.

    Here are the links:

    http://www.microdirect.co.uk/ProductInfo.aspx?ProductID=9600&GroupID=304

    http://www.microdirect.co.uk/ProductInfo.aspx?ProductID=10184&GroupID=331

I have posted on another forum and they all started arguing with each other saying the GFX card will be seriously bottlenecked. Is this true?

    Thanks,
    Loader

Depends if you overclock the CPU or not
Even without I doubt that it would be seriously bottlenecked.

7800GT is fine for a 2G 3200+, I doubt it would be so overly bottlenecked as BUFF implied... u might want to make it run 2.4Ghz-ish to get the most out of the 7800GT tho..

Fatality boards are good stuff.. the non-SLi version makes 300HTT sound like childs play.. and they work superbly at stock.. good choice m8.
    Me want Ultrabook
