Help with case and water cooling

I was thinking of getting a Thermaltake Armor (VA8003BWS Super Tower), but am not sure what radiator to get or where to place it. I need a minimum of 5 x 5.25" external bays for my kit to go into and 3 x 3.5"internal bays for my hard drives. I will be running a DDC-1 Plus pump and cooling a graphics card, CPU and chipset block.

At the moment I have an 1/2” hose set up and am cooling just a CPU block, but am looking at maybe going over to 3/8” hose and buying some 3/8” barbs for my CPU block and pump.

Is there any way that I could fit a Black Ice Extreme II Radiator into a Thermaltake Armor, and still keep 5 of the 5.25” bays free? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    BTW is there a big difference between running with a 3/8" set-up or a 1/2" set-up?

you'll probably get slightly lower temps with 1/2" ID mate, i went from 10/8 at the start of the year and noticed a couple of degrees drop

If you're worried about it looking decent, get barbs designed for 1/2" ID tubing and use 7/16" ID tubing, it gives a lovely looking interior to the case and doesn't affect performance harldy at all compare to 1/2" ID tubing.

Because I am thinking of using a black case with a window, I want it to look very Alien inside, with green UV liquid and green UV cables.
