    I definately agree with the D 820 suggestion. I very nearly went with one myself. I also highly recommend 2gb of memory, which if you went with the pentium is actually really cheap.

    I would have recommended stuff like FIreGL or Quadro abiet ur slim budget... There's always Matrox if you fancy..

    Can I suggest you look at Scan for your components. They have the 6600GT OEM for £65+vat on their shop offers.

    Don't forget that you can mod a GF into a quadro therby saving a ton of dosh
