won't recommend twinmos ram. i got errors on one of my sticks so severe you couldn't instal windows (and memtest went ape). rmaed that and the replacement causes post problems.

dgr IIRC you're the only person I've come across who has bad things to say about TwinMOS, are you sure it was not a problem with the place you were purchasing them from? Or perhaps they were TwinMOS branded chips on someone else's stick? Maybe you rubbed them across the carpet for luck before installing them? In all seriousness you can have bad sticks from any brand but from what I've heard about TwinMOS, which is a lot, they're top chips for medium prices.

thats the first bad thing i've ever heard about twinmos ram! seems to me like its good quality ram at decent prices.
For joy, apparently, it was all Franny could do to hold the phone, even with both hands.
Dunno.. I've read a couple of posts from OcUK and it appears a number of people did have trouble reaching 200mhz (with the 3200 modules).
Thats why I've decided to go with the "w/Winbond".. Just in case.
