I have bought a lot from OcUK including the rig in my sig. Never had any problems. I have to RMA one thing, which i phoned them about (they don't seem to reply to e-mails) and was on my doorstep within 3 days.

Yeah, what is it with Overclockers and emails? There is nothing more ignorant, and unprofessional, than a complete inability to answer custmers questions.
And they couldn't even be bothered with you, when you were reporting an RMA item?
Shame really, as they have a nice set up, but just can't do PR, or can't get good staff.
Don't they realise that stuff like this can drive people away just as quickly as high prices?
That's exactly why i don't use them anymore.
TBH if you look around you'll see they're not the cheapest either.
Funny thing is, i've never had any problems with other online retaliers. I buy lots online and from Usa as well.
Oh well, they were good while they lasted (not long in my case)
