Recommend a Video capture card for work

Hello guys, I need some help.

I am trying to get a video capture card for work. Preferably an external USB2 one, to allow me to convert VHS video to DVD, and output from video cameras to DVD.

I had a look at the Dazzle 150, and there are various Hauppage ones too.

If anyone could recommend a few to me, I'd be grateful.

I'd prefer USB, so that it can be used on various PCs.

    My System: Coolermaster Centurion 5 (black) case, Intel E6750 Core2Duo, Tagan Easy-Con 530W, Asus P5B Deluxe WIFI, OCZ 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400 CL 4-4-4-15 PLATINUM XTC, Samsung SpinPoint 200Gb SATA2 / 2 x Maxtor DiamondMax 10 200Gb SATA, 256Mb Sapphire ATI PCI-E X1950PRO, Creative X-Fi Xtreme 7.1, 19" Daewoo W9ZQ Black Widescreen TFT, 4Mb Virgin Cable Broadband (formerly Blueyonder) with Linksys WRT54GL Wireless-G and DD-WRT firmware.

Belkin USB2 DVD Creator. Does what it says on the tin, pretty simple to use.

Would you say it's better than the Dazzle 150 as mentioned above.

Haven't tried the Dazzle, so can't really say, sorry. The Dazzle looks good, but it also looks more costly. Your choice.
