Have you ever bought something, sold it, then decided you need it again, and as a result bought it again?

Here's my recent history.

1. Sold a VF700 GPU HSF. Now need a GPU HS of some sort.
2. Sold an X-Fi. Now I miss that 'precise' sound and am thinking of buying one again.
3. Vantec fan controller. Bought 2, sold 2, now need one.
4. Having got rid of all my floppy drives, have now realised I might need one for a motherboard install.

All the time man, but instead of selling them.. they're in my cousin rig.. and they're in Australia.

I get your frustration with the floppy stuff. Only figured I need one when you get a motherboard with ****ty window based BIOS update software (like MSI's)...

I end up stealing the DELL floppy from my Precision 530

Just bought my mate a 160gb Samsung Spinpoint for his Christmas (aye a bit late) but then he told me that after confirming, he actually has no SATA connectors in the PC he wants to use it in (he said before he did). = Me with spare 160gb drive and no need for it for myself (got 1.2TB here). Eek.

gave a mate a load of screws and bit and pieces and realised i had left myself a bit short....to this day my motherboard is ony screws in with 6 of the 9 screws

I hate floppy disk drives and found a way to make my usb pen drive bootable, Cant remember how tho, but its great.

Davos - shame on you for giving screws away, you'll always need that thingamabob widget thing. All mine are safely tucked up at night in an old sowing box thing my mummy gave me. (and very useful it is too)
