    would u say my system was good enough to get a good speed out of a 146?

    Unless your planning on doing 1:1 on the CPU (little point), then some crucial will do fine...

    PC4000 memory on a 1:1 divider will get you 270fsb max(ish). Using a lower divider will get you a higher fsb (using a divider such as 166 etc on a a64 system has no real noticable performance hit).

    As long as the motherboard can do 300fsb+ you will be fine.
